Wang Bing serves as Secretary of the CPC Committee of Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University

He has a Ph.D. degree, and is a professor & doctoral supervisor.

His previous positions include director of the Human Resources Development & Management Office in Jinan University, a Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Jinan University; a Standing Committee Member, the Secretary General and United Front Office head of the CPC Yangjiang Municipal Committee.
